How will the waves look like?

December 1, 2017

Today we would like to help you to prepare your surf trip.

Where should I go? Can I travel alone? How are the waves there in that surf spot? And... a crucial question when all is booked and arranged... How are the surfing conditions looking like during those days?? :)

We all want to make sure the waves are perfect in our surf trip right? If you are an experienced surfer you probably know where to check it, but for those who are new in this sport we have very good news for you :) There are many websites on the internet where to find surfing forecast conditions. As always, searching on the internet can be very overwhelming and you can come across many no useful sites.

We very much trust 2 websites: www.magicseaweed.com and www.windguru.com In these websites you can filter by country, surf spot and have an overview of how the waves will look like. Of course, nobody can predict the ocean but it will give you an indication of the coming swell, weather, and wind conditions.

If we would have to choose one, we will go for Magicseaweed as they offer a very user-friendly site and also webcams to watch live the waves in different #beaches around the world. They also have a great App for mobile, what helps a lot while traveling with reviews from other surfers and restaurants and accommodations where to go while traveling near your location.

We hope you can check in advance now the surfing conditions and get the most out of your surf trip wherever country you go around the 7 seas!
